1. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the rgm365 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rgm365 strictly enforces this policy and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with forfeiture of all associated funds, bonuses, and winnings pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is primarily designed for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful and that you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to use the Platform.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Player Account on the rgm365 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

You confirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not a politically exposed person or subject to any financial sanctions regime that would prohibit you from transacting with the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of services offered by rgm365, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rgm365 is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification for all Player Accounts. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of valid identity documentation. For Indonesian players, acceptable documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Valid Indonesian Passport
• Indonesian Driver's License (SIM) as a supplementary document
• Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill dated within 3 months)
• Bank account details matching the Player Account registration name

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. rgm365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time at its sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify rgm365 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. rgm365 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and applicable verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rgm365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• Digital Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rgm365 does not charge platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. High-volume players may contact support to discuss enhanced limits subject to additional verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (09:00–16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Requests submitted outside these hours, or to accounts that have not completed full KYC verification, may experience longer processing times. rgm365 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received by 14:00 WIB on business days.

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds to your Player Account, you warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources, that you are the legal owner of the funds, and that the payment method used is registered in your own name. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

rgm365 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment method used for deposit, particularly for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of the withdrawal request pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

rgm365 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused or unconverted bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. rgm365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it determines that a Player has abused the promotion, created multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or otherwise acted in bad faith.

5.4 Restricted Games

Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. The contribution rates for sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws will be specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players are advised to review contribution rates before selecting games to meet wagering requirements.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

rgm365 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets, using arbitrage strategies to reduce risk on bonus funds, hedging bets across multiple accounts or platforms, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where abuse is identified, rgm365 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Player Account.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed through the rgm365 platform are binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, including event, market type, stake amount, and odds, before confirming a wager. rgm365 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.

6.2 Odds and Market Availability

Odds offered on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager. rgm365 covers sports markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), esports, and other sports. Market availability may vary depending on event scheduling and regulatory considerations.

6.3 Void Bets

rgm365 reserves the right to void any bet where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event has been cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion of play having been completed; the Player had access to privileged inside information at the time of placing the bet; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account verification status. rgm365 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual Player at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that this is necessary to manage platform risk.

6.5 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at the sole discretion of rgm365's trading team. Bets accepted during a brief suspension window may be voided if the suspension was triggered by a significant in-game event (such as a goal, red card, or injury). Players acknowledge that live betting involves rapidly changing conditions and accept the associated risks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rgm365 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one Player Account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the Platform's code or systems
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Player Account to another person
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rgm365 staff or other Players
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical measures to circumvent geographic restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rgm365 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of rgm365 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any Platform content beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of rgm365. Unauthorized use of Platform intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

rgm365 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. rgm365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, including losses on bets that could not be placed or cancelled during a downtime period.

9.2 Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rgm365's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

rgm365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if rgm365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. rgm365 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of the Platform, including losses resulting from betting decisions, game outcomes, or the exercise of responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion.

10. Privacy

Your use of the rgm365 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, and your rights in relation to that data. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

11. Responsible Gaming

rgm365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Players to maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, accessible through your account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logouts after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform for a period of your choosing.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and your net position during a gaming session.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by rgm365

rgm365 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes; the Player has violated any provision of this Agreement; verification of the Player's identity, age, or source of funds is outstanding; or suspension is required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.2 Termination by rgm365

rgm365 may permanently close a Player Account and terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion. Upon termination for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct), rgm365 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Upon termination without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Player Account for any reason, all pending bets will be settled at the applicable odds. All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be immediately voided. The Player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and rgm365, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. rgm365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution procedures as notified by rgm365 from time to time.

13.3 Language of Proceedings

All formal dispute communications, notices, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Indonesian-language support is available for informal customer service interactions, but English shall be the governing language for all legal and formal dispute purposes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

rgm365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. We encourage all Players to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
